Which services can I access online?

You will be able to enrol for Council Tax, Non-Domestic Rates, Council Tax Reduction and/or Housing Benefit, and Landlords services and add these to your account.

How long will this take?

Registration should take no longer than 5 minutes. Upon successful completion of the registration you will receive a confirmation email. Please follow the instructions contained in the message to confirm your email address. Once your email address has been confirmed and your password verified, you will be able to begin enrolling for services. For each account that you enrol for, we will send an unlock / pin code to you that you can use to gain access to that account.

What do I need?

Initially, just access to an email address. You will then need the relevant account or reference number, your postcode, and possibly your date of birth and National Insurance number to enrol for a particular service.
